2. Art Promotes Self-Esteem and Self-Expression by practicing decision making and express ourselves without the worry if its right or wrong. 

3. Art Contributes to Fine Motor Skill Development and helps with eye hand coordination through manipulating different tools such as a pencil or paint brush.  

 

4. Art Helps Develop Visual-Spatial Processing us understand where objects are in space. It’s the same skill that let us repeat different movements in sports or dance.

 

5. Art Builds Memory and Self-Control by building strong visual-spatial abilities. This happens when recalling images from our memories, following direction and practice. Practice leads to self-discipline too.
